akn optimises workflows.

Typical IT infrastructure is so dense and extensive that it's often a miracle that it works at all. Enterprise systems that were supposed to streamline and simplify business processes have instead brought risk, uncertainty and a deeply worrying level of complexity. Rather than flexibility, they have produced rigidity and unexpected barriers to change, producing a veritable glut of information containing a myriad of hidden errors and a cloud of questions regarding their overall benefits.

Customisability

aknServices are all built with customisation in mind - and use a system of modules to allow for added functionality. You can design a module in-house, or use the plethora of open-sourced Federated Cloud modules already-available. Once you've implemented a service in your infrastructure, the code is yours to modify (within our modification policy), with a codebase structure that's simple to understand.

Scalability

aknServices are designed to work together - whether they're separate products on one instance, or the same product on multiple instances. Once you connect two services - the setup is seamless, with automatic deployment and configuration once only one is set up.

Integration

Each service can communicate with each other separately or act as a slave to one host server - this is the akn Unified Platform™️. As well as this tight integration between akn systems, aknServices can perform standard connections with platforms on Microsoft (such as Active Directory) and Google. If third-party integrations do not suffice, aknServices all have their own API to complement it - this allows you to use the data stored on the platform as you please, and layer your own solutions on top of it.
